Official Press Meet & Group Stage Draw Sets the Stage for NAMSL 2026

BALTIMORE, MD — The road to the 5th V.P. Sathyan North American Soccer Tournament officially began as the NAMSL 2026 Press Meet and Official Draw Ceremony was successfully held, bringing together club representatives, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, and soccer enthusiasts from across North America. Hosted by Khiladiz Sports Club, the event officially launched preparations for one of the largest Malayalee soccer tournaments in North America, which will take place August 1-2, 2026 at Troy Park in Elkridge, Maryland. The evening featured tournament announcements, sponsor recognition, the official group stage draw, and a look ahead at what promises to be another unforgettable championship weekend honoring the legacy of Indian football legend V.P. Sathyan. Official Group Stage Draw Following the official draw ceremony, the nine participating clubs were placed into three competitive groups. Group A MFC California New York Challengers New York Islanders Group B Houston Striker FCC Dallas Houston United Group C Baltimore Khiladiz Austin Strikers Philadelphia Arsenal Each club now begins final preparations as they look to earn a place in the knockout rounds and ultimately compete for the V.P. Sathyan Memorial Trophy.
